Built around one job — and doing it better than anyone.
Pisgah Stump Grinders started with a simple idea: most tree and landscape companies treat stump grinding as an afterthought. Kyle didn't want to be part of that. He wanted to be the guy who shows up, does one thing exceptionally well, and leaves the yard cleaner than he found it.
That's what we do. From single backyard stumps in Brevard to volume jobs after storm cleanup in Buncombe or McDowell, we're focused, insured, and easy to work with.

What sets Pisgah apart
Four things that show up on every job we take.

Stumps are the only thing we do. That focus makes us faster, cleaner, and more reliable than a general landscaper.
Local & Accountable
Kyle answers the phone. When you hire us, you're hiring your neighbor — not a call center.
Right Equipment
From compact walk-behind grinders for tight backyards to full-size machines for big commercial jobs.
Honest Pricing
Straightforward quotes, no surprise fees, and volume discounts for multi-stump jobs.
Kyle answers the phone.
When you call Pisgah Stump Grinders, you're talking to Kyle — the owner, the operator, the guy on the grinder. No middleman, no dispatcher, no bait-and-switch quotes.
He'll walk your property, give you a straight number, and get the work done on schedule. It's how we've built our reputation across seven Western NC counties.
